Before Christmas, as most of you know, I weighed 220lbs. I gained 15lbs over Christmas and other holidays I had and was up to 235lbs. Now I’m down to 218lbs!! Yay!
I had a weigh in today! I’ve lost 7.8 pounds since my last official weigh in that was about 3 weeks ago.
I now weigh 220.8 lbs today and have lost 119(ALMOST 120 yay!) pounds in total!!

I gained this week, but hopefully next week will even itself out. I didn’t do anything wrong to make myself gain weight. My diet and eating and exercise was pretty good. Hopefully next week will be better.

I lost 7.6 lbs this week!
My current weight is 243.6lbs. I am officially out of the 250s, and almost out of the 240s! :)
I lost 3.4 lbs this week, even though I had my period and had a bad day the other day. I still was able to pull through and lose weight. I’ve lost 88.4 lbs so far! Happy girl today! :)

Sorry I have not posted here in a while. I met a boy, and I have been spending most of my time with him. He takes me out for dinner, and things, but I still manage to eat healthy and stay active. I like him a lot, and I think he’s here to stay.
Anyways, I lost 2.6 lbs this week for a total of 77.2 lbs total :)
The weight is shedding slowly, but at least I’m losing and not gaining!
